Automated email notification not working

Hi, I have created pending approval space in alfresco explorer and defined a email notication rule using in-built alfresco template to send email notification to user prem.But atuomated emails are not going through.Although i am able to send email notification manually using run action parameter.

Hi Som,
Which template you are selecting while setting the rule?
It looks like there is problem when it tries to search for the specified template.
Two potential cause.
1) problem with template (try changing the template make it blank and try again)
2) problem with SOLR search.(make sure your solr search is working fine)
