Hello,

is your OpenOffice application running correctly on the Alfresco server? Is Alfresco able to establish a connection to it? You can check both the alfresco.log for startup information regarding OpenOffice and verify the process using

ps aux | grep soffice‍

(if your running a *nix server). If you do not know what to look for in the alfresco.log, you can post the startup messages here and we may be able to tell you if something is wrong with the Alfresco-OpenOffice interaction.

Regards
