Actually 1 good exercise could be to look at the main page of the forum (https://forums.alfresco.com/en/index.php) and for each sub-forum ask yourself:
"What kind of topics/issue can possibly be addressed there?".

Once you've done it, go into the sub-forum and look at the first 10 topics.
If you had forgotten about that specific use, keep it in mind for this weekend's interview.
If you don't understand what it's about, have a look at the wiki.

                 please let me know basic question on alfresco or share.so if you give that question i will understand my self about this.so please give some important questions on alfresco.

Hello,

If you expect me to give you the main questions that your interviewer might ask you on Alfresco so that you can get hired as an "Alfresco Expert" just by remembering the few questions/answers we'll give you there, I'm not willing to provide those.
However we can help you to actually improve your Alfresco knowledge. It takes a little more effort but you get the satisfaction to master something new and get actually hired for your skills.
To do this, I'll repeat my advice to go and look at each sub-forum to get an overview of what Alfresco can be used for.

One way to improve your Alfresco knowledge and then prove your level of expertise is to become Alfresco Certified. Please see http://university.alfresco.com/ for details.

Another path you might want to explore is to purchase one of the many Alfresco books that are available.
