I have the same problem on Windows Vista x32.

Is there any solution or workaround for this?

Hi

I am evaluating the community edition and seem to have this bug present within 4.0.b as well.

I am using this on Windows 2003 Server R2 32bit running in a Parallels Virtuozzo environment.

If you look in the Web Quick Start Forums there are discussions of this problem. However unless you are using WQS its unlikely to cause any other problems.
