    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've not analysed your code in detail, but the exception handling is far too widespread and exceptions are being "swallowed".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; After an exception is thrown through the spring layers your transaction is going to roll back whether you attempt to catch it or not.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You probably want to consider introducing separate transactions, but a good place to start would be to avoid most if not all of the exception swallowing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
