      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can do this from version for by adding template files.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://docs.alfresco.com/4.0/topic/com.alfresco.enterprise.doc/tasks/library-create-content.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://docs.alfresco.com/4.0/topic/com.alfresco.enterprise.doc/tasks/library-create-content.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The files go into Data Dictionary/Node Templates. Just upload (or copy from within Alfresco) any files there that you want to be available as templates. The document type should follow along when the user creates new content based on that template node.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
