Hiding Unnecessary folder.

Hi Gurus,I am facing problem with hiding specific folder..I have created a folder "Public Folder" with the same level as Data Dictionary, Sites…..and User HomesNow, I would like to be visible only two folders - "Public Folder" and User Homes..all the rest(data dictinary, sites…) have to be hidden..I

As far as I know you can't just hide a folder. You can remove all the permissions from it but doing so on for example "Data Dictionary" will limit the functionality of Alfresco for particular user in case you have some custom files there.

hello, i like only to make it invisible but not to remove or delete or any other that causes risk to alfresco.

Hi pmverma,

In that case you can write evaluator for these spaces and code to render spaces for which evaluator returns false.
