Can someone provide a description on how to do this?

Read about the WAR option, but as far as I see, this way of deploying requires specific access to tomcat that I´m not set up with.
My current provider is one.com.

Would be happy if someone could share any experience on this topic.

-Rune

You need an application server. If your ISP can't help then its time to change ISP.

Another approach is to forward from your ISP to your "back end" system which runs alfresco.
