I found the issue in an older version 2.1, it was marked as resolved with no solution? I have permission to add/delete/modify these files if I mount it as CMIS or webdav. No modifications. I mount the repository as CIFS as the admin, and the _alfresco.url, _checkin.exe, and _checkout.exe files are locked by default. I am unable to delete any folder or directory. I have no problem deleting files, adding files, coping or moving directories, and no problems creating new directories. I just can't delete them? Anyone having simliar issues.
