Shouldn't be the case for each addon, you should check it out by yourself by downloading it.

thank you.now i checked with site poll0.4.1.but wen i create the new item in data lists produce the following error,

So,may i consider this version(4.0) is not supported the site poll0.4.1?and is there any add ons for 4.0 site poll?

site-poll-dashlet-0.4.1.jar is marked as 3.3 & 3.4 compliant: http://code.google.com/p/share-extras/downloads/detail?name=site-poll-dashlet-0.4.1.jar
As far as I know there isn't a version that is officially marked as 4.0 compliant.
But 'm not sure if your error is really dedicated to a 4.0 compliance problem.

thanks,But I need to use site polls in alfresco4.0.can any one tell me the steps to create that with starting?

well,
have you configured your search subsystem? Executing a query (like " +PARENT:"workspace://SpacesStore/f27664c7-8dba-434b-ab62-d7608f83708e" -TYPE:"cm:systemfolder" -@cm\:lockType:READ_ONLY_LOCK") shouldn't be a problem…
-> are you able to execute the query via JS-console or Alfresco's node browser?
