Same issue with us. The nightly build 4.2.a fixed this issue, but the nightly build has so many other bugs in it that we can't deploy it yet. If anyone knows the fix for this in 4.0d, please let us know. This is a major issue.

I have some further detail on this issue. After some testing we have found this issue is not only affecting 4.0d, but 3.4d as well.

I also have seemed to correlate this issue to another one of my posts in the Alfresco Mobile Forum.
https://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=45994
Digest version…
With a lot of help by Mike H (thanks!), he found that when the GET fires that it generates an extra " in the charset xml output.

<content type="text/xml; charset="utf-8"" src="https://promethius.ncom…‍

This creates some havoc with displaying the folder contents on iOS device as you can imagine.

We have tested GET(s) from both 4 and 3.4 and get the same results in the xml outputs.

Interesting "fact" is that this only seems to happen if the document saved via webDAV is via an office 2010 application.
We opened the same document with Office 2007 and the mimetype seems to hold.

And now we are completely confused…

This seems to have been fixed according to JILRA (ALF-12763)

Any idea when we can see this in a stable release?
