      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;IF you are just wanted to get backup of the files from alfresco you need not to copy full alfresco.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can configure CIFS of webDev and copy all the contents directly from there and keep it on your hard drive.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Links&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/CIFS" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/CIFS&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also you can use Alfresco's Import export functionality where you can take backup of all the documents in form of ACP file and the in order to recover all the document you can import it on any instance of alfresco.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In that case you will have back up of your files as well as metadata.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
