A manager of some company want to post something for all his stuff to see this post . also the manager asked for a meeting with his managers in the company ?My problem is how to add that post so any one can see it .also for the second thing . Hi

For the meeting notification he can use Datalist or Wiki, so that every one would know through site recent activities.

For the Second:

If it is a contentType, then you can get list of users in dropdown from custom constraint.
else if you want to do it in a Dashlet/page then write a webscript to retrieve users.

first : I need to know how to add some post on the alfresco dashlet board . i.e:when I log into alfresco I need this post appear to any staff or manager in this company .

second: how to add a workflows for many users . i.e:with using the share tools like edit inline or something like this .
