Thanks for posting. If you go to the node browser, can you see the tag? Tags live under /cm:categoryRoot/cm:taggable.

If you see that the nodes exist but you can't get them to go away using the tag manager, you can write yourself a little server-side JavaScript that grabs a handle to the tag using the tag's node reference and then calls remove.

Hi, I'm the same situation.

I've checked the node browser and it doesn't appear.
But it shows in tag tree in document library.

Any idea?
