Do the instructions you based your configuration on match that version? As far as I can see from the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://openam.forgerock.org/doc/public-api/index.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;JavaDoc&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; of the current version, there isn't any class named com.sun.identity.shared.encode.CookieUtils in the OpenAM codebase.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Axel&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
