You could try to define the form and deploy it on the fly using the Java API.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, that's quite lowelevel and I think it'll be a lot of work honestly …&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
