For those who may be experiencing this same issue, I never got this to work, but worked around it by creating an ACP of each of the project subfolder and then importing each separately into the new repository.

hi,

content export feature is available only for DM/ECM modules. This feature is not enabled for WCM.even though export option is there for a webproject node it will not work. This is a long last requirement in alfresco.
