Hi Mike,

If you are getting this error persistently, I think some clean up is needed in the documentLibrary or your index is corrupt.
I would suggest to do index recovery (/reindex).

If it occurred only once or twice, please close all your browsers, clean up cache and start fresh to see if you get these errors.

yes, that was my Idea as well. Finally i did find some time to try it and it fixed the problem.
Re-indexing went smoothly.

15:09:22,921 INFO [org.alfresco.repo.node.index.AVMFullIndexRecoveryComponent] Reindex 100% complete
15:09:22,922 INFO [org.alfresco.repo.node.index.AVMFullIndexRecoveryComponent] Finished rebuilding indexes for AVM Stores

After that my OpenOffice process is using almost 100% CPU for quite some time now… I don't know if its related to re-indexing…?
