Hey CommunityI would like to install Alfresco on a hosted server, thus on the host we are currently running our webpage. Is this possible, and if so which version do I have to install?Thanks for the helpAndreas

Does your host provide tomcat, jboss (or similar) to run web applications? Or do you host a server with them (like a co-lo setup) whereby you can install software of your choice in this environment?

as I understood it, no they do not have tomcat or jboss…

so no chance of installing it? any alternative?

Amazon's cloud service is a popular choice - and cheap too. There are notes on the wiki - search from the main site for "Amazon", e.g. http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/EC2
