    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Content models are always repository wide. So you will have to make them one model. And i dont know a way to differentiate between properties for different user groups. You could consider offering them different Share clients and have those connect to the same Alfresco instance. Not very nice from a maintenance point of view.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
