I am not able to overcome this. Bt I found an alternative solution. As per my reqt, thr r 2 spaces. 1.Data1 and 2.Data2

I have to copy all contents of Data1 to Data2 (wid same sub-folder hierarchy maintained). What I have done is, I have used
fileFolderService.copy(src,destination,folderName);

which will copy entire contents wid exactly d same folder hierarchy into Data2 (along wid d rule in all spaces n sub-spaces-Transform n Copy content to PDF).
So what I get is two copies of d file in d space where i have uploaded it.

I iterate thru d files and delete all Non-PDF files from Data-2 and similarly
I iterate thru d files and delete all PDF files from Data-1.

It's not full-proof byt upto sm extent it works fine.
