I need to le people collaborate on documents and give them a status of "archived" when the document is checked in but it should only be visible to the collaboration group. Then the document can be put to "published" state and is visible to everyone has read permission on the space. In the same way a "published" document can be put in an "archived" state to prevent it being viewed from everyone.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>Basically they want to hide/publish documents without copying/moving/duplicating them.
