Licensing Alfresco Enterprise

Hi,I have Alfresco Enterprise 3.1.1 and I want upgrade to Enterprise 3.3, but I don't know if my license will be validate for new version.Can someone resolve my questions?Thanks.David.

Please contact Alfresco support for issues with Alfresco Enterprise. If necessary they will deal with giving you any new license you may require.

I can't contact Alfresco support because the support expired and I can't renove the license.

Other solutions??

As Mark says, you need to contact support via telephone or e-mail and explain the situation. There's nothing we can help with via the forums.

Support *will* let you upgrade. Did you speak to someone? You might find that you have to pay for the "gap" when your support contract expired as we don't allow people to "dip in and out" of their contract.
