Did you start the virtual server aswell as the alfresco server?

The virtual server needs to be running for preview to work.

HI Everyone
As iam having the same problem, could you further assist me, as i have the virtual server runing and it is fully configured (the virtual_alf.sh). The url that i get from clicking the preview icon is: http://admin.someco-pmsite.www--sandbox.127-0-0-1.ip.alfrescodemo.net:8180/index.html
Error: The web site you are trying to access is currently not available. Please try again later. * You are requesting to access a URL that has been blocked by policy.

How can i make it work.
