I defined a new data list in a custom model and defined associated forms. All is well, but I see that the message properties (for column headings and data list title/description) are not being picked up in the message file I defined in custom-slingshot-application-context.xml. The properties file needs to be on the Repository tier. custom-slingshot-application-context.xml would make them available on the web tier (Share).

I finally had a chance to move the message properties to the repository tier, but have not been successful in that the data list does not pick up the column headings. I defined a message bundle in:

webscripts-custom-context.xml like this: <value>alfresco.extension.messages.repository-webscript-custom</value> and then created a properties file in extension/messages

I also tried add the messages to custom-webclient.properties which is defined in custom-webclient-context.xml.

Any other suggestions?
