    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hey, i just got through this headache….&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can install imagemagick from the yum repository.&amp;nbsp; It worked for me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;you will have to compile pdf2swf in the swftools…..i think you need to use version 0.9.0 or later (i am using that version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;then you will have to update the locations in the alfresco-global.properties&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also, Centos only comes with OpenOffice 2.x…..You have to uninstall this and manually install 3.0 or higher.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Which files are not previewing?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;are your logs generating any errors?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,I installed Alfresco 3.2 on Centos 5&amp;nbsp; using Alfresco-Community-3.2-Linux-x86-Install.But the thumbnail and preview for .txt and .pdf files were not functioning.So compiled and installed&amp;nbsp; the&amp;nbsp; ImageMagick and swftools from source.Now preview for word files (.doc)&amp;nbsp; are working fine.
