      <title>space invisible to searches?</title>

      <description>is it possible to make a space/folder and its contents invisible to searches?&amp;nbsp; So it won't be included in searches, almost like an internal search firewall?</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;No.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you have permissions to read the space/file then it will show up in the search.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Can you change permissions?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You could however change your query to exclude contents based on some criteria.&amp;nbsp; You could add an aspect or set a property to your content to stop it being displayed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;as an example, I get searchresults from the browsebean.&amp;nbsp; If I wanted to create just a temporary space to work with the results but wouldn't want them to appear in someone's search query when I am doing this.&amp;nbsp; So i guess I would need to restrict access to certain spaces to certain user privileges.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
