Forgive me if I have missed it but I don't see an error in that log file. Could you highlight what you think is wrong?

And that log is for the Virtualisation Server rather than Alfresco. Have you attached the wrong file?

I did the following

a) Start–>All programs –> Alfresco Community edition –> Start Alfresco Server I get the below in my command prompt (with name of the window as MySQL

b) http://localhost:8080/share and http://localhost:8080/alfresco both gives me page not found error

I tried both Starting Alfresco server & Virtual server , I got page not found through IE.

Can you share any post install documents to refer please?
