Cannot start Alfresco after 3 months

Hi, I have installed Alfresco for 3 months. Then I create a database backup using NaviCat. I turn off the Alflresco server (only MySQL running) , then export the dabase using Navicat. After the export complete, i restart the machine and start Alfresco Server again.Now the Alfresco server cannot work

I assume you are running it on a Windows server.
How do you start Alfresco ?
Can you try running it from a command prompt and tell us what are the log traces when you do so ?

No, it on Win XP.
I start it from alf_start.bat, how to run it from command prompt?

When i start alf_start.bat,   the Tomcat window suddenly disappear (the MySQL is fine).
It also disappear if i run tomcat directly from Alfresco/Tomcat/Bin/Startup.bat,    my firewall is already off
Where can i found the error log?
It's empty at Alfresco/Tomcat/log   ( 0 kb)

I do not know what to do, there's no error log.
Or maybe there's other log in another place?
