But you can use the functionality of scheduled jobs (by Quartz). You could write a javascript to search for these documents and send mail if the date is a week or less than the effective date.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
