    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Well, that document attempts to guide people along the safest path from a documentation perspective.&amp;nbsp; Do you have another machine that you could use for testing?&amp;nbsp; Running a test upgrade on the same machine as your live machine (I'm assuming it's your live machine) is not ideal - the documentation can't mandate the use of a separate machine, but it makes sense to try the upgrade and test the server in an environment that actually matches your live server.&amp;nbsp; So, what alternatives to running the installer have you investigated?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
