      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello Roy,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE class="jive-quote"&gt;There is a rule that you can add to a folder that will add tag(s) to incoming documents.&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is no such rule action by default.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Be it with a just-installed Alfresco or with the Cloud Trial, be it Explorer or Share, the only rule actions I can see are:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Add aspect&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Link to category&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Execute script&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI&gt;(other unrelated actions)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is no "Add tag" action.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Note: "Link to category" has a "General &amp;gt; Tags" section, but it is always empty. Just check the Cloud Trial: there are many tags affected to documents, but the&amp;nbsp; "General &amp;gt; Tags" in "Link to category" is empty.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you very much!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Nicolas Raoul&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
