Change. I'd like to see a document describing guidelines for enhancing or developing new user interfaces, that can be referred to by developers, so that a consistent look-and-feel of the platform is guaranteed in the long term.
Alfresco looks pretty good to me, and I'd like it to stay that way even with added functionality in the future…
It doesn't have to be a very long document. And consistent look-and-feel could probably be ensured using other means as well (I'm open to suggestions).

Well, all you need you can see on wiki but you need to know what are you looking for .

Take a bit of know how to manage this tasks.
