I don't have this problem

I have created a space in the company home, and some subspaces inside it, each one with coordination permission assigned to an user (it's all described here: http://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=22243)

In my case, the user with permission CAN actually create content in the space. The only thing he can't do is to move the content unsing the workflow rules I've defined (I get the following error message: Failed to approve the document due to system error: 09080002 Access Denied. You do not have the appropriate permissions to perform this operation.)

I don't know why I can create content and you not, anyway it seems strange that only admin or the creator of the space can do such operations :!:
