The patch is trying to recompute some CRCs that were previously computed incorrectly. The patch seems to suffer from a bug where the corrected CRC can collide with an existing one.

To work around this problem, try running this SQL (on a backed up database) BEFORE the upgrade.

UPDATE alf_child_assoc SET child_node_name_crc = id;

This will force the patch to recompute all CRCs and they hopefully won't collide in the process.
