your log file is showing about some memory leak..are u using the right version of jre and jdk and have you set the environment variables?

may be there is missing of some jar files..so try this" copy all the 3 jaxb jars from tomcat/{ROOT}/Web-INF/lib to tomcat/endorsed."
hope it may works………………
