Did you manage to figure this out? I have the same issue.
I'd like to add the standard alignment buttons (left, center, right) and the HTML toggle to edit HTML.

Have you had a look at the Forms 3.2 examples? (http://code.google.com/p/alfresco-forms-service-examples/.

We've included the examples in our Share 3.2 CE and we are able to customise tinyMCE.
