topic Public calendars for meeting rooms in Alfresco Archive

Hi,

I would need to setup public calendars (ie accessible by anyone with an alfresco account regardless of what sites they've subscribed into) for different resources we have (ie meeting rooms, data projectors, etc). Is there a way to create multiple calendars under one site and then publish them to be available for everyone with an alfresco account? I figure I could simply create a site for each resource and then invite everyone to use the global resource sites but that sounds a bit dumb to say the least. Any suggestions how this could be achieved?

Also, any possibility to get these calendars listed in Microsoft Outlook so they can also be edited there?

W

Hi,

Is there a way to add multiple calendar instances into the same site in "configure site" panel or manually? Can it be easily modified to support such a thing? I think it would then be possible to create one public site with any number of calendars with their own names to each represent a resource, or a meeting room.

W
