Solution:

Had to change authentication-services-contect.xml:

userHomesHomeFolderProvider:
/${spaces.company_home.childname}/${spaces.user_homes.childname}
to
/${spaces.company_home.childname}/${spaces.dictionary.childname}/${spaces.user_homes.childname}
