Can't creates sites in 3.4a

I am trying to create a site in 3.4a and when I select "Create Site" from the pulldown nothing happens. Possibly a screen flash. The "Sites" repository has Everyone set to "Contributor".JR

Which browser?

Note the client-side JavaScript implementation has been updated; make sure you clear the browser cache, etc.

I experience the same with chrome, but page refresh just bought back all the components
for the Share page, particularly document libray

Just tested on Chrome 6, Firefox 3.6, Safari 5.0.2, IE6/7/8 and all work as expected.

Hi Mike, I am using ubuntu 10.10 and chrome version 6.0.472.63,
I find sometimes the document library page and document-details page
not loading all the components and I had to refresh to get the full view.

That sounds like a separate issue. If it's reproducible and you've got any further details - i.e. JavaScript files not loading or whatever, please raise a JIRA.

here's what I got. In IE 8 I can't get the dialog to show at all. In Firfox it works sorta find. One time I was on my dashboard and click the create site button and nothing happened. Then went down to a site and clicked it and it worked. Then later it worked fine on the main page but never thru IE 8. For reference I am on the release version of 3.4a.

Also I noticed the Create Site button is there and functional even if you take away Everyone's security.
