    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm wondering if Microsoft SQL Server will have the level of support in the near future from Alfresco in the future as MySQL enjoys – details below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have Alfresco 1.2.1 running on Microsoft SQL Server and it works fine.&amp;nbsp; However, there isn't an upgrade script for the 3.0 release on SQL Server.&amp;nbsp; I've nearly worked through the MySQL upgrade script and converted it for use with SQL Server, but I'm wondering if I should just change to a MySQL database engine instead.&amp;nbsp; Currently, I only run Microsoft SQL Server and I'm reluctant to introduce another database engine into my environment, but I don't want to pay too much of a time penalty for SQL Server.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thoughts?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
