    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I want use Alfresco to delivery the paychecks to employees.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So, I have to upload documents pdf where the name file matches &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;user name and then move files automatically to a specific space of the user.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have about 1000 user, so Is it possible create a general business rule&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;that runs this action?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Or is it needful create one rule for each user space (about a thousand)?&amp;nbsp; :shock: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Many Thank!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are the specific user spaces in a common parent folder? If so, rules can be inherited from their parent. You can define the rule once in the parent folder, tell it to apply to sub-folders, and you'll have what you need. Obviously, the logic in your rule, probably JavaScript, will need to inspect the name of the document and then execute the move action with the appropriate target folder, but that's a very straightforward script to write.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jeff&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
