Try this:

C:\Alfresco\bin>java -jar alfresco-mmt.jar install C:\Alfresco\amps\OpsMailmanager-service-1.5RC7-CE-2x.amp C:\Alfresco\tomcat\webapps\alfresco.war -verbose
