Problem uploading MS office(.doc, .ppt, .xls) files (3.2)

In Alfresco 3.2 Community I have the problem when I try to upload ms office files (green upload bar 100%, "Failure"). But I can upload with other type files. I have to installed open office 3.2.This appears in the logs:15:36:01,066 INFO [org.alfresco.config.JndiPropertiesFactoryBean] Loading proper

In the start up logs, do you see any sign that you've configured the open-office plugin properly?
Also, if it does apear to have started correctly, sometimes the openoffice process stalls, so kill 'soffice.bin' and re-start alfresco.

I have the same problem.
.pdf and any other file type can be uploaded but office files fail to upload. soffice.bin process is taking 50% of the CPU (I guess it would take 100% but alfresco is running on dual core CPU).
when I kill soffice.bin process, stop alfresco and start it again - same thing.

I have just updated to community 3.3
so far I didn't experience any problems what so ever

i hav problem whiled] uploading .pdf files.
m using alfresco share 3..when i upload around 20-25 .pdf files then it fails to upload around 2-3 files.
how cn i fix it?
