Thanks for the info on Outlook & Custom Lists.

On the migration, it is important to keep the revision history. It isn't just the current file, it is the history of the file, and all the old versions. It is good to know that I can load files in via shared drive or FTP. But I'm hoping to find an import method which preserves the history.

I looked at OpenMigrate, somewhat quickly. It doesn't appear to support SharePoint as a "source." It does appear to support SharePoint as a target. At least, there is some config setting for "SharepointTargetFileFolder." But it doesn't appear to support pulling stuff from SharePoint.

I'm using a hosted SharePoint solution, which the basic SharePoint services (WSS) 2007. We haven't done any customization, and most of the important content is in standard document libraries. We have a small Wiki but that isn't essential to migrate.I'm not crazy about SharePoint, as I can't host it

Office integration with Alfresco works the same way - except that it's Alfresco on the back end instead of Sharepoint.

3.3 supports data lists. Custom views are supported as well. You'd have to figure out how to set them up to do exactly what you've described, but I believe it's doable.

Migration is a little fuzzy for me though - I don't know much about how to get stuff out of Sharepoint. If there's a way to pull down that content into a local file system, then Alfresco provide many ways to import it (shared drive interface, or FTP for example). Also, there are tools out there like OpenMigrate that provide great flexibility in how you set up a migration, though it might be overkill here since you don't seem to have a lot of metadata.
