Hi, I am in the process of setting up our alfresco site. I set up a group called "Internet Technology" and a subgroup under it called "Marketing" and "Programming". Internet Technology includes your "Programming" subgroup which includes your "person". There's no need to add "person" to "Internet Technology"

Also, I see that these roles are tied to our Alfresco Share site. If I delete a user from a group when I am on the Alfresco share site will they be deleted from that same group on my alfresco site?

What do you mean by "on my alfresco site".

Our main alfresco site url is: http://alfresco-01:8080/alfresco.

Then our Alfresco Share site url is: http://alfresco-01:8080/share.

Are these sites tied together? Ex. My "Internet Technology" and "Marketing" groups above are on my http://alfresco-01:8080/alfresco site. When I go to the "Share" site, my groups are all there yet. If I delete a user from the "Marketing" group on the "Share" site will that user still be in the "Marketing" group on the http://alfresco-01:8080/alfresco site? Or do they all synch together

These are two views of the same repo. There's nothing to "synch".
