From the .activiti files, you can generate the .bpmn20.xml files. If I try to open the file with the Activiti Diagram Editor I get the following error:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Could not open the editor: An exception was thrown during initialization"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for the advise.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I suspected its possible to open xml files as diagram respectively generate diagrams from xml-files.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now it works with new activiti projects and new activiti diagrams.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
