    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;xhawk:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The JIRA bug is still in status "Unresolved" "Needs Info"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As I said there, I am ready to give them any info they want.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But they didn't ask me any question.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So, I am wondering what "Needs Info" means. I thought it meant that they asked something to the reporter and are waiting for his answer. Am I wrong?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
