The key error here is

Access denied for user 'alfresco'@'alfresco.localdomain'

Try issuing this command in mysql

grant all on alfresco.* to alfresco identified by 'alfresco';‍

Thanks for ur response but i also do the same thing i.e. grant permission.but alfresco was not started.I think its a problem of tomcat.Please help me.

Probably

grant all on alfresco.* to 'alfresco'@'localhost.localdomain' identified by 'alfresco' with grant option;

If you only granted to alfresco on a specific host, you would have to grant like above. The other problem could be you have set the wrong password.

Make sure you can connect to mysql with the user and password you have set

mysql -u<user> -p<password> alfresco
