May be I was not clear enough in my problem explanation so I'll try to explain in more detail.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The difficult steps for me are 2, 3, 4 and 8 points I mentioned above. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then user selects "send request" somehow web form should be opened (how to do that in Alfresco I didn't find out yet).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The request it self has fields that user should fill in and may contain references to other documents that should be uploaded at this steps or later when editing request. I really couldn't figure out how to do that creating/editing process correctly…&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you also comment why part for "send" button is "No" and maybe I could achieve something similar to that.
